Of course I always invited the neighbors over to our house and would give them the “Vanna White” tour which drove my mother crazy!! But that childhood game birthed a deep desire to play matchmaker in the Real Estate world, helping clients find their ideal and dream home.
During my career in Real Estate I was drawn to focus all my efforts in the Senior Living space and was fortunate to work for two of the largest companies in the Senior Living Industry. I had the privilege of helping 400+ families find new living arrangements.
After years of watching people scramble over and over... I began to investigate to see if anyone or any program was in existence to help people prepare for unexpected and sudden lifestyle changes, I couldn’t find one.

I rolled up my sleeves and began to dive deep into becoming a Certified Senior Advisor. I studied senior care law, gained an in depth understanding of financial and estate planning and the challenges faced when planning for Senior Living and Long Term Care.
I soon learned that Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Living Wills and Medical Directives do not cover WHERE or HOW you want to live. It touches on what you can afford... but it stops THERE.
As a result of my background in psychology, my love for matchmaking in real estate and my dedication to the senior community, I quickly saw the gaps and how it could be filled.
My Goal is to makeover traditional planning and add The Courtesy Plan, so your wishes for how and where you want to live, under any circumstances will already be laid out in a simple plan. Removing any burden or Reactive planning. Keeping your loved ones by your side, not running around trying to get an emergency education on senior living.
